حذف حسابك في تطبيق Go
تقدر تحذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.
من التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق Go وسجّل دخول.
- روح على حسابي.
- دوس حذف الحساب، وبعدين احذف حسابي.
من غير التطبيق
تواصل معانا من نفس الإيميل أو رقم التليفون المسجّل بيه الحساب، واكتب "احذف حسابي". هنرد عليك خلال 7 أيام.
- من التطبيق: حسابي ← محتاج مساعدة؟
إيه اللي بيتمسح وإيه اللي بيفضل؟
- بيتمسح: الاسم، ورقم التليفون، والإيميل، والصورة، والعناوين المحفوظة، وبيانات التحقق (البطاقة والسيلفي)، وبيانات الدفع البنكية، وتوكنات الإشعارات.
- بيفضل من غير ما يكون مربوط بيك: سجل الطلبات والرحلات والمدفوعات، لأنه مطلوب لحسابات الكباتن والمتاجر والضرائب.
- الحساب بيتقفل فورًا، وبيتمسح نهائيًا بعد 14 يوم. لو سجّلت دخول خلال المدة دي الحذف بيتلغي.
- لو عليك فلوس للمنصة، أو ليك فلوس عندها، أو عندك طلب شغال، لازم تخلّصهم الأول.
Delete your Go account
In the app
- Open the Go app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
Without the app
Contact us from the email or phone number on the account and write "Delete my account". We reply within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: name, phone number, email, photo, saved addresses, ID verification images, bank payout details and notification tokens.
- Kept, no longer linked to you: order, trip and payment records, required for captains', stores' and tax accounts.
- The account locks immediately and is erased after 14 days; signing in during that time cancels the deletion.
- Any balance owed to or by you, or a job still in progress, must be settled first.
